Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
- Perform accounts' consolidation and reporting
- Manage cashflow and working capital
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process
- Provide financial analysis and advice to the Management for decision making
- Develop and implement Finance Department's policies and internal control processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountacy, must be a CPA
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in management accounting
- Good knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis techniques
- Background in construction, an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
