Position: Finance & Accounting Manager

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php90,000-Php120,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's Degree Holder
? Open for CPA and Non-CPA
? With 8 years' experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation
? With 3 years leadership experience
? Amenable to attend interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Manage and supervise the accounting department's day-to-day activities
?Track and analyze accounting data to generate monthly financial reports
?Create yearly profit plan
?Create and implement appropriate accounting procedures, guidelines, and standards
?Ensure strict adherence to established policies and procedures
? Provide creative ideas for effective and profitable department operations and identify chances for continuous process improvement
?Ensure accurate filing of direct and indirect tax returns
? Effectively manage the company's cash flow
? Organize and finish yearly audits
?Other task may be assigned from time to time
