The successful candidate will be part of the team that owns the standard costs used for all of our products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Refreshing the quarterly standard costs, identifying improvements and refinements to costing methodology, interfacing with stakeholders locally and in the US, managing Maxim royalty schedule and other adhoc deliverables. He/She will also be involved in Global Execution System project of the company which is a good opportunity and experience.Critical skills for this position include: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong excel skills, ability to manage and manipulate data, critical thinking and be able to challenge status quo and good teamwork skills.The position will report to local management but frequent interactions with US staff will be required. Travel to the US once a year or more may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Finance, Accounting or related courses
At least three (3) years working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
Possesses strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
CPA/MBA is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus
Percentage of Travel 10% - 25%
