Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer - 005R8Y The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is expected to deliver field services according to the customer contract's deliverables.

Job Overview:

• Provide onsite field repair, installation and maintenance services for all Schneider Electric’s product .
• Coordinate with the end-user to explain the fault analysis and recommend in details; Responsible in managing third party centers and support of authorized service centers.
• Train the authorized service vendors on new products and ensure that they have relevant skillset to support Schneider Electric’s product; Act as technical advisor when there is a technical escalation.
• Monitor the progress of service partner's competency level and make the relevant recommendation to fill in the gap.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings; Build positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field is preferred. Minimum of two (2) years related work experience in technical repair or maintenance of HVAC, Air-condition
• Ability to interpret business, technical procedures and governmental regulations; Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical equipment using schematic or block diagrams
• Can perform effectively in a fast paced and high pressured environment; Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
