JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensures effective project implementation on Architectural, Structural and miscellaneous works.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises project site including monitoring the labor force and performance of sub-
contractors
2. Reviews and implements the construction plans and specifications of the project.
3. Strictly monitoring project schedule including revision when needed.
4. Schedule material delivery and deployment of manpower.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Engineering graduate. (Fresh Grad can apply)
2. Knowledgeable in Auto Cad, MS Office and/or MS Project

ADDED ADVANTAGE
? Licensed engineer
? Two (2) year work experience in said position.
