About the Role QuadX Hub operations is one of the vital part in the organization wherein we're directly the fulfillment side of all the processes. The result of each successful or failed pick ups and deliveries will show how we provide service to all entrepreneurs.
Calamba Hub Operations is currently seeking for individuals that will assist in hub operations from beginning until the end of the day and that will focus more on community hub.
What You'll Do
Last Mile Functions Ensure proper dispatching of incoming parcels/shipments for delivery Properly handles parcels/shipments of incoming DEL/RTS, and items with discrepancies Thorough inspection of the condition of all items for re-delivery and return to sender (failed transaction) Validates all failed transaction from delivery riders Check and scan all assigned parcels/shipments through Fareye tool Receives deposit/remittance slip from delivery riders Other Essential Job Functions Manage the day to day operations within the hub including the community hub Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced Ensure proper coordination to hub supervisor all operational issues and concerns Supports team initiatives About the Team The QuadX Operations team is composed of Business Operations, Process Excellence , Rider Management, Partner Management, Network Expansion, On-Demand and Data Strategy. We in the Operations Team always want to deliver the last smile to our customers through excellent execution of pick-ups and deliveries nationwide. Field Coordinator will be part of our daily operations under Calamba Hub.
Minimum Qualifications:
What You'll Need Preferably living within Laguna area Graduate of any four (4)-year course is an advantage Ability to work with colleagues across organizational and cultural boundaries Must be proficient or at least familiar with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel Can offer work beyond the call of duty Supports team initiatives and or any abrupt changes within the team/company Logistics experience and advantage Multiskilling A passion for QuadX!
