JOB DESCRIPTION:Analyze and evaluate the performance of the organization's financial, operational, and processes/systems to identify risks, areas for improvement, and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.Collect, examine, analyze, and verify information about the organization's systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials, and by interviewing organizational members where required.Identify, analyze, and document aspects of the organization's systems and processes that do not comply with regulations, laws, and standards or do not comply with the organization's policies and operating procedures.Develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity, and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.Contribute to the preparation of audit reports that accurately document the audit process and its findings.Perform daily audit store processes on assigned storesQualificationsGraduate of Accountancy, Finance-related or business management courseMust have 1-2 years of work experience in FMCG or RETAILHas an organized and systematic work processKnowledgeable in Sales & InventoryWell versed in Excel and PowerPointCan work with minimum supervision and under pressure, reliable and result orientedMust have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.Willing to do field work and visit BLK Branches and Stores.
