The digital marketing manager is a key support position on the marketing team for AFDNP.
You will be responsible for managing data and reporting across a wide variety of marketing channels for the company, along with providing technical support where needed, to include:
- Managing our YouTube account, including adding and optimizing video content, editing videos (adding opening / closing slides + bottom ? graphics), and optimizing our account overall
- Supporting our content team with optimization of blog content + website schema
- Setting up inline ads throughout the blog to drive traffic into various funnels
- Manage our podcast or video production, including editing the final product, managing via Libsyn and adding podcasts to our website.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:
- Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to "mark things off the list" and get projects completed ahead of deadlines, be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding
- Have experience managing podcast production, from video / audio editing, to managing the podcast via Libsyn and updating our podcasts to the website.
- Have experience working in programs like WordPress; HTML experience is a huge plus
- Be certified in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search
- Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
- Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
- Be familiar with Slack, Trello, Google Drive and Dropbox, Last Pass, Zoom, Practice Better, Stripe
- Excel in social media like Facebook, You Tube, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
General Digital Administrative Tasks
- Project Management - maintaining our asana board and checking in with relative team members to make sure we are on task.
- Creating Opt In Pages
- Creating TY Pages
- Connecting opt ins
- Taking notes from team meetings
- Making updates on website as needed
- SEO On Page
- Manage Social Calendar
- Manage Graphic & Media Resource Folders
**SOCIAL MEDIA TASKS**:
- Find people on linkedin & Instagram for outreach
- Comment and engaging on Instagram posts from people that we follow (15 mins x 4 times a day)
- Comment and engaging on Instagram posts from people that our are target audience or similar businesses to build relationships with (15 mins x 4 times a day)
- Engaging with content on linkedin
- Manage content creation for FDNthrive Instagram
- Manage content creation for FDNthrive Facebook
- Research what content to create and run content ideas past SM manager
- Research what content is performing well for similar businesses/competitors
- Instagram Reporting for FDN & FDNthrive
- Manage Facebook events for all events we host
- Provide assistance for live events (Facebook, Instagram, Zoom) - 1 Saturday per month
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
- Repurpose Content
**TECH REQUIREMENTS**:
- Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
- Internet Speed - At least 20 MBPS Download speed

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 3am - 12 Noon EST // 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Phil Time
Salary Range: Php 32,000 - Php 45,000 monthly
