Achieve monthly targeted sales goal
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Discuss and understand customer requirements not only in existing product ranges and
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Keep updated in status, trends and movements of the market and competitors
Monitor payment schedules in a timely manner
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
Able to read and write
Have extensive knowledge in relevant fields or previous job experience
Preferably possessing own means of transportation
Independent, work and goal driven
Communication skills including but not limited to speech clarity, oral expression, respectful, social perceptiveness, active listening, persuasion
Basic computer skills
Professionalism and tenacity to handle failure and rejection from customer
Time management
Able to deliver expected results
Ability to work under stress and rigorous conditions
