We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 10 years in related field and Insurance & Unit Trust industry or financial services industry

Has managed teams in previous capacity and shown credible achievements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Exceptional project planning and management skills

On the job you will:
Lead and provide direction to the faculty in order to align the team to meet the Organizational’s business needs

Collaborate, get consensus across teams, and establish productive relationships. Ability to work independently with little supervision

Develop understanding of key business drivers and translate those into effective training programs in the area of product and technical knowledge for Life Insurance and Asset Management business. Conduct training needs analysis: Consult with management, supervisors and to gain knowledge of business situations requiring training

Plan and Organize- meeting targets and deadlines in responsibilities, projects, training programmes and achieves target within the specified timeframe

Supervise, monitor deliverables based on timelines and to develop trainers in the faculty to ensure value creation in their career progression

Coordinate activities related to the planning, development, delivery and organization of training programs including field-based training and online learning programs for delivery across different channels.. Use creative techniques in blending different learning strategies with traditional training methods to maximize learning

Implement training schedule, manage organization of sessions/workshops and deliver content of training modules

Promote and market various training programs through Learning Management System and other communication methods , partnering with Manulife Sales and Agency Team , distribution channels and other internal colleagues
