Job Description:
Delivers the course utilizing the approved course packages ensuring defined learning objectives are attained. Develops and/or improves course packages, in areas of expertise, in cooperation with the President Provide academic consultations and counselling to students Delivers the course and conducts assessment in compliance with external and internal statutory/ regulatory bodies Conducts relevant research works in his/her field of expertise that will support scholarship of discovery in the Academy Employ classroom management to ensure completion of course delivery within allocated timeframe Performs the function of assessors in accordance to the established procedure Participates to community extension activities initiated by the Academy Escalates major issues and concerns to Immediate Superior for appropriate action Develop practical simulator, hands on or laboratory exercises Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Experience in teaching and facilitation Experience in curriculum design Experience in program development
