Your Korean language skill will play a crucial role in interacting with our Korean clients and stakeholders, showcasing your technical expertise, and understanding cultural nuances.Your key responsibilitiesCSS consultants enhance service delivery by ensuring that deadlines are met, the project is efficiently managed, and there is proactive coordination /communicationProvide appropriate support to engagement team by coordinating, supporting or performing tasks that lead to efficient and effective engagement management, from initiation to post-engagement feedback/debrief activitiesAssist engagements with engagement economics matters (e.g., hours/ budgets/ estimates to complete, fees, billings, Work in process-WIPs); collaborate with Financial Management Associate (FMA)Work with teams to book staff on MERA or Retain per the Resource allocation processAct as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s)Function as knowledge manager for the engagement team; manage databases and/or websitesPlay active role in multi-location engagement coordination and communication, including reporting/remediating unforeseen situations and plan variancesInterface regularly with engagement personnel, develop strong working relationships and leverage information gained to anticipate client needsBe knowledgeable about the services the engagement provides and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendationsCapture, distribute and share knowledge and information through agreed upon channels to key stakeholdersCommunicate relevant client information to account teams via regular cross-service line NewslettersAssist with ad-hoc project work at the request of the account teams (both external and internal client focused)Perform regular checks and review the work of Staff / Associate resources to ensure quality of deliverySupport engagements requiring Korean bilingual supportStrong communication skills (verbal and written) in EnglishKorean Language Competence Level 3 to 6Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasksAbility to meet tight deadlinesAbility to ensure that work is of a consistently high standardAbility to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priorityTeam player with willing and enthusiastic approachExcellent interpersonal skills, internally and externallyAbility to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they ariseAbility to do in-call or face-to-face translationPersonal AttributesProfessional, confident and outgoingRobust and resilient dispositionAbility to function as part of a teamOrganized and self-disciplinedCalm and capable of juggling conflicting demands on time and of prioritizing effectivelyHigh degree of accuracyCan thrive in an agile environmentConfident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externallyTo qualify for the role, you must haveA Graduate, preferably B.Com/BBA/MBA/Economics Graduates3.5 to 5 years general business experience with an exposure to international work environment would be an advantageIT Skills - experience of using MS Office PC based system - Experience with MS Office 365 (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Power Apps etc.)
