As an external manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Guide clients to make sound decisions on choosing life insurance and investment plans

Perform comprehensive financial planning to help clients realize their current financial status

Provide and recommend sound financial solutions to meet the clients’ needs and goals

Nurture and develop future leaders in the industry

Actively generate new clients and recruits

Minimum Qualifications

Loves working with people - Introverts andExtroverts are both welcome!
Strong communication and presentation skills - If you like shows like Mad Men and Shark Tank, you'll love this job
Organizational skills - Meeting clients and coming to meetings on time is a basic skill, you know.
Has grit and passion for self-improvement - Complacency and mediocrity can't be in your dictionary.

Excellent problem-solving skills - Sales is all about solving problems.
