- Learn scripts and or create scripts
- Set the leads and document using company CRMS (monday.
com, Google sheets, Job progress(customer entry)
- Follow and track all lead results from (called, set, not set, follow up to (sales results, pitched vs not pitched vs sold or not sold )
- Track calls and recording to ensure reps are following scripts accurately and provide recommendations and feedbacks
- Be able to identify with homeowners and their home improvement needs.
- Understand all of the key programs that help organize and manage the company systems to flow better.
- Conversational and friendly, but also have conviction in our product and service
- Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling/confirming appointments outbound calling
- Responsible for the oversight of the appt setter reps from BPO and other staff
- Must be punctual, hardworking, and a team player

**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of inside/outside sales, appointment setter, Managerial level.
- Ability to monitor relationships with prospective customers through CRM systems
- Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work hard-play hard mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work EST shift remote setting
- Monday-Friday schedule, Bi-Weekly pay
