Customer Service Representatives
Responsibilities:
•Answer call inquiries pertaining to insurance policy of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedures
•Analyze customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution/s
•Provide excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
•Completed at least 2 Years in College/ College Graduate (Any Course)
•Preferably with at least 1-2 Year of BPO Experience
•With Good English Communication Skills
