To keep operations running smoothly, we need a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with contractors, and handle both business and personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support:
Onboard new team members and assist with training.Oversee and perform quality checks for a team of 15+ contractors.Ensure timely communication and task execution within the team. Personal Assistance:
Handle personal tasks such as booking travel, managing schedules, and liaising with accountants.Provide responsive support for time-sensitive personal and business matters. Administrative Duties:
Maintain extreme responsiveness for both business and personal tasks, including quick acknowledgments.Manage and organize workflows to support the business owner effectively. Other Requirements:
Be on call for urgent tasks outside standard working hours.Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders. Qualifications Must-Have:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a demanding environment.Strong verbal communication skills, particularly for onboarding and team management.Familiarity with Discord and/or social media platforms.Excellent command of English.Ability to work independently and handle diverse tasks with minimal supervision. Preferred:
Previous experience managing contractors or team members.Background in a fast-paced, high-demand role.A proactive, resourceful, and highly responsive approach to tasks.
