Lead the Foundation and its schools to achieve its
mission and goals through school operations and
management, program development, fundraising
and donor relations, and strong financial
management.
General Requirements
? Proven organizational experience in a leadership and
management role
? Understanding of non-profit governance and public
policy pertinent to education and school management
? Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, audit
and resource management
? Validated experience in program development and
evaluation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with
corporate mission and goals
? Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Other requirements are as follows:
- Female 50 yrs & below
- Catholic
Base Salary is P50,000-P 60,000
Allowance (Transport/Reimbursement with receipts to make it non taxable) - P10,000 min
