Job Overview
Lead the Foundation and its schools to achieve its mission and goals through school operations and management, program development, fundraising and donor relations, and strong financial management.
General Requirements:
? Proven organizational experience in a leadership and management role
? Understanding of non-profit governance and public policy pertinent to education and school management
? Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, audit and resource management
? Validated experience in program development and evaluation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with corporate mission and goals
? Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Base Salary is P50,000-P 60,000
Allowance (Transport/Reimbursement with receipts to make it non taxable) - P10,000 min

Statutory Benefits : Personal/Vacation Leave, 13th month pay
