Job Description:
Maximize the President’s time and effectiveness by providing support in all administrative matters Coordinate with different companies/departments to ensure tasks laid out by the President are liaised and tracked Help key Executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents Expertly manage the President’s calendar: prioritize appointments, arrange meetings and travel, and ensure that the President is prepared to engage with internal and external stakeholders, potential business partners, etc. Support internal and external presentations of the President: create slides, conduct research, draft talking points, manage logistics, and analyze feedback Note taking and synthesis at key business meetings Helping to manage key business relationships for the President and the business – which may entail contact management and interaction, meeting facilitation, relationship management, etc. Other ad hoc tasks Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Commerce, or Economics from the top tier schools of the country At least three (3) years of professional experience as an EA to an Executive Role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Must have basic knowledge in IT, tech-savvy and proactive in gaining knowledge about anything IT Demonstrates an interest in and aptitude for handling a wide variety of responsibilities, at varying levels of complexities Demonstrates flexibility and a positive, service-oriented mindset Can handle multiple tasks and requests at once, all with a fierce attention to detail Must have strong time and task management skills Capable of building strong relationships with the President, internal and external stakeholders, potential business partners, etc. Excellent oral and written English communication skills Mandarin-speaking is an advantage Can travel abroad for meetings and conferences Must be open to working weekends and holidays
