Executive Assistant- Regional Sales (Visayas)

The **Executive Assistant - Regional Sales (Visayas)** is responsible for ensuring the smooth-running of the office, working both on a one-to-one basis with the executives, creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoice letters, and other documents.
- Assist Sale Manager in preparing reports.
- Process request and computation of referral fee.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the right person or taking messages.
- Approve HelpDesk in the absence of Sale Manager.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
- Help prepare meetings and accurately record minutes from meetings
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Support all Visayas sales needs.
- Ensure all daily transaction report is submitted at the end of the day.
- Generate daily sales for management and sales team.
**Job Qualification**:
**Required Education**
- Graduate of any 4 year degree in College
- Preferred BSBA Marketing or any related course
- Preferred with Sales Experience

**Other Requirements**:

- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
- Capacity to work independently
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great time management and leadership skills
- Keen attention to detail
