We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will perform an administrative role to support our client in a timely and professional manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. The goal is to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.Qualifications:Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus
Experience in Social Media Marketing is a PLUS
Well versed in Google Excel Sheets and Google Suite
Customer Service experience is an advantage
Solid experience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office
Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Someone who is resourceful.

Must be willing to work Night Shifts in Clark, Pampanga
Responsibilities:Assists in communications between staff and customers
Coordinate daily calendars of the manager
Plan appointments and events
Schedule in-house and external meetings
Posting to social media on behalf of the manager
Setting up email automation
Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
Create regular reports and update internal databases
Manage phone calls and emails
Respond promptly to managers’ queries
Identifies, recommends and participates in the implementation of strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations together with new or existing programs and projects;
Participates in the development of policies, objectives and long-range planning;
Suggest more efficient ways to run the office
Provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.
Perform additional tasks as instructed by superiors
