**About the Role**:
As an executive assistant, support the licensee-in-charge in various aspects of achievement including compliance, growth and marketing, team member happiness, client retention and customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Diary and inbox management
- Answering phone calls
- Content proof reading
- Manage content calendar
- Produce marketing and sales reports
- Book venues and associated vendors for events
- Produce monthly news letter
- Management of external suppliers
- HR filing and record keeping
- Ad hoc duties as agreed
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years experience in similar role
- Business/Office Administration Certificate or Diploma
**Salary**: From Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Executive Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
