**Responsibilities/Skills**
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the COO and other operations executives including: facilitate open communication between individuals within the operations department, as well as to other departments in the company; preparing, writing, and collating departmental reports, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Review, research and summarize a variety of administrative informational data and prepare related reports.
- Schedules and prioritizes meetings and work assignments for the HOO.
- Serves as the primary point of initial contact on matters pertaining to the HOO
- Provides assistance and represents the HOO, as appropriate, in communicating with internal and external customers.
- Anticipating the executives' needs and proactively bringing together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing these issues.
- Assist with processing certain contracts, agreements and transaction confirmation documents.
- Provide clerical support for the operations department.
- Enters data into software system ensuring accuracy and integrity of information and updates new and changing information as necessary.
- Provide support for multiple projects across teams.
- Track various departmental due dates.
- Completes critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; making adjustments to plans.
- Performs work research and summarizes findings.
- Creates and maintain filing systems.
- Asset Management: Procumenent analysis - Asset requested from Admin and Infra, should go first to EA if the item price is reasonable.
- Administrator for all resources, equipment, and other shared office services.

- Solid working knowledge of office processes and business policy development, and of related computer software and electronic communications tools
- Proven interpersonal skills with experience providing complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy.
**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Executive Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
