POSITION SUMMARY :
The successful candidate will work directly with the President and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. Other tasks such as answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Furthermore, she will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization she will also plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organization’s website(s). In addition, she will engage with the public through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites. Also, will analyze and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Prepare External and Internal corporate documents
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails.
Maintains and organize filing system of paper and electronic documents
Preparation of various collaterals such as marketing and sales collaterals
Interprets and implements design and concept ideas of the President
Present the design to the President for approval
Incorporate changes recommended by the President into the final design
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Other duties as assigned by management
