JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Management, Business Administration and Commerce or any 4 year-courses from reputable
university
• Age should be 28-38 years old
• Must have 5 years of working experience related to the position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Above average in written and spoken English and Filipino
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate and knowledgeable to MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Willing to learn and can easily grasp instructions
• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
• Can do multi-tasking
• Must show professionalism at all times
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertakes the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
• Acts as the administrative point of contact between the executive and internal/ external clients
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating
telecommunications
• Schedules monthly meeting with concern heads and staff
• Records accurately the minutes of the meeting
• Files and retrieves corporate records, documents and reports
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Performs any importation related transactions
• Performs other duties to be assigned from time to time
