Events Officer

Events officer - plan, develop and promote entertainment and special events within a local authority area such as gigs for our CALI PIZZA Restaurant

**JOB SUMMARY**

Under the supervision of the General Manager, The Entertainment (EVENT)Officer is responsible in providing a diverse range of entertainment and ensures the sound system are properly working during the store's operation.
He/She is responsible in developing and promoting entertainment.
He/She provides marketing strategy that targets customers within the area and create events that caters interest of all ages.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Sources local band

Manages regular band

Assists gig band

4.
Monitoring Band performance

5.
Edits graphic design

6.
Ensures that sound system calibration and maintenance are properly working

Organizes event

Function room booking

Photography

10.
Band audition head

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in sales and marketing
- Computer literate and tech savvy
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to travel and do field work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php11,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
