The Event & Community Specialist will assist the Event & Community Manager in various marketing activations, mostly related to offline events and community partnership, with the objective to raise brand awareness for Moselo brand and creating emotional attachment between Experts & communities and Moselo.
The responsibilities will be as follow:
Keeping track on the event timeline and making sure it is understood by every related department. Being active in the preparation terms, include contacting vendors, following up to make sure the deadline is met, initiating contingency plan for unexpected situation. Helping other departments in understanding the events by: regularly updating event progress, make sure all tasks related to other departments are understood correctly, keeping everyone informed with the latest update on the events. Make sure event execution goes according to plan, including the pre-event promotion activities. Gather data and insight during events to be analyzed on the post-event report. Minimum Qualifications:
Requirement
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in marketing activation, event planning and execution. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong writing skill for administrative and creative purposes, including but not limited to: event proposal, event report & analysis, public relations publications, cross-department memo. Fundamental Microsoft Office skills, Keynote skills would be a plus. Strategical and analytical thinking towards marketing activation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to act as a conversation starter with broad knowledge on creative industry or digital marketplace in general. Strong passion towards client service, public speaking and relations management skill. Strong sense of curiosity and learning agility, easily adapt to dynamic workflow. Flexibility to work within cross-disciplinary task list. Can-do attitude, resourceful and meticulous. Availability to work on weekends (occasionally).
