ERP Helpdesk (Finance)
(Based in Makati City, Philippines)
Job Purpose
The ERP Helpdesk (Finance) will provide application and technical support to business users, answering questions on function and usage of the ERP system. Support includes functional analysis, program analysis and testing to resolve user reported issues.
The individual will work with developers and/or consultants to design efficient and effective solutions for the business based on their needs and identified requirements. He/She will report directly to a team leader.
Main Responsibilities
Assist end-users with problem identification and resolution in JD Edwards for a variety of modules that include, but are not limited to, Finance Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing and Inventory
Works closely with business owners and end users to understand their processes and procedures
Work with technical teams to design and configure applications to support business requirements
Prepares documentation to support process, functional and technical specifications
Perform testing of application to ensure modifications produce expected results, as well as regression testing to ensure no adverse impact due to other adjustments in the system
Support user acceptance test activities
Identify business processes that can be modified to better utilize the JDE systems (e.g., better accuracy, faster speed, repeatability)
Provide users with JDE orientation and training
Selection Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
Must have strong functional knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules with understanding of Supply Chain processes
Exposure in various business management or ERP software (e.g. Peoplesoft, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, etc.). Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is an advantage
3-5 years professional experience with 2+ years relevant work experience in Helpdesk field
Knowledge of BI tools, SQL language and MS VBA
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong knowledge of data analysis preferred

Excellent communication skills – oral and written. Knowledge in French and/or Spanish is an asset
Willing to work on mid-shift or a graveyard shift schedule
