Job Description:
Collaborate with team in defining, refining and communicating ATRAM Trust’s approach to equities research and analysis Contribute new ideas for expanding and developing different facets of the ATRAM Trust’s investment process Work with investment managers to understand the compositions of the portfolios and their investment strategies and provide appropriate advice supported by research and analysis results Initiate, maintain and improve coverage of companies in designated sector/s Lead a team of analysts responsible for equities research and analysis Define, communicate and exemplify high impact analysis Supervise day-to-day functions of the equities research team (e.g. company visits, presentations, etc.) Engage in and refine on-boarding and training program for analysts Develop materials to better communicate research and analysis impact to clients and other ATRAM audiences Assist in sales and marketing initiatives with reports and presentation requirements Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness Minimum Qualifications:
With 10 years or more investment experience in equities research Relevant educational qualifications, preferably in university degree in economics, finance, business, accounting or similar courses Good understanding of investment theories, research approaches, and underlying financial instruments Strong fundamental analysis, technical analysis and quantitative skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with trading systems (Bloomberg etc.) High level of integrity
