J.C. Piñon Construction Inc is looking for: EQUIPMENT MANAGER

Contributes to the growth of the company, on commercial sales, equipment maintenance, rental operations, business development, purchasing and financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set plans and directions of the Department/Company on product sales development, maintenance management, rental and project operations, business development and marketing.Develop programs, systems and policies to accomplish Department/Company goals, objectives and target revenue.Lead in the implementation of plans and programs of the Department/Company.Organize the administrative policies of the Department/Company both internal and external functions.Manages the finances of the Department/Company in controlling operations expenses, budget planning and revenue.Responsible in the management and control of the Department/Company assets and documentation.Perform other task that may be required by the President or the management. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical EngineeringPRC License holder is an advantage -Technically competent in the ff:

b. equipment maintenance
c. regulatory compliance requirements
d. people management
e. sales acumen
f. end-to-end leasing
With at least 8 to 10 years experience in equipment leasing, trading or sales, business development and managementKnowledgeable to all brands of equipment and its operationsWith experience in fleet management, business development, and equipment rentalProficient in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPointHas high analytical skills
