Job Description BASIC INFORMATION: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With acquired trainings/seminars in customer service, import/export, MS Office, or any related trainings is an advantage (minimum of 8 hours training)
CS Sub-Professional/CS Professional passer
Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
Review and validate documents submitted by PEZA registered companies
Respond to clients' queries and follow ups
Record-keeping and database management
Preparation of monthly report
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
1. Application Letter (Addressed to DM Maria Georgina Y. Afable) - Department Manager III, HRDD
2. 2 copies - Personal Data Sheet (notarized)
3. 2 copies - Work Experience Sheet (downloadable from CSC website)
4. Updated Resume with picture (latest 6 months)
5.Certificate of Employment with compensation and no pending admin case (previous and current employers)
6. Certified True Copy of TOR (certified by college/university registrar)
7. Certified True Copy of Diploma (certified by college/university registrar)
8. Copy of valid PRC license (if applicable)
9. Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility/PRC ratings/PRC Certificate of Registration/BAR Ratings/Certificate
10. Photocopy of Training Certificates (for SG 25 & up applicants, training certificates to be submitted must be supervisory/executive/managerial trainings)
11. NBI Clearance
12. Latest Chest x-ray results
13. Psychological Test Results
14. Latest Performance rating (applicable with previous/current government employee)
