Details of the offer

? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business, Administration, Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
? Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience in office secretarial work.
? Fresh graduates with excellent academic background are welcome to apply.
? Candidate must be willing to work in Annapolis Greenhills, San Juan City.
ENGINEERING SECRETARY helps to keep the department running smoothly, provide efficient clerical support, responsible of the administrative and organizational tasks.
Provides secretarial assistance to the General Manager, DR Executives, Engineers and staff to ensure operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner
Update and records daily itinerary of GM, DR Executives, and Engineers
Prepares semi-monthly attendance summary report of Engineering Department, submitted to HR Department as required for Payroll.
Coordinate/ assist the DR Executives and Engineers on processing training requirements for out of town and international travel as approve by GM.

Arrangement and organizing meetings. Ensuring meetings are effectively organized. Preparation of agenda and taking minutes.
Records Management. Maintaining effective client records and administration (Active or Inactive). Effective filing system, encoding, preparing and collating reports
Managing databases
Prioritizing workloads
Arranging appointments, encoding, and collating reports
Answering calls, taking messages, handling and disseminate correspondence i.e. Memorandum, Acknowledgement Receipts, etc.
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Performs a variety of related duties and special projects as assigned from time to timea.
