1. Conduct inventory of available critical spares and acquire need parts.
2. Monitor delivery of requested parts-tracking of PRs per section.
3. Create machine history of each equipment and update maintenance program-to implement a Predictive Maintenance Program.
4. Generate Preventive Maintenance checklists for each equipment based on scheduled activities and ensure that maintenance records are updated and correct.
5. Check breakdown maintenance activities and propose corrective actions to reduce recurrence of similar breakdown.
6. Standardize all equipment to maintain standard parts.
7. Ensure that workmanship is within standard (quality workmanship)
8. Ensure that parts supplied are quality standard, adjust if necessary for the next deliveries.
9. Compliance to PSME standards.
10. Securing of spare parts & spare motors.
11. Scheduling of works to the Maintenance team.

13. Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures, or malfunctions.
14. Checking repaired components and machinery to ensure normal functionality has been restored.
15. Ensure that personnel under his supervision comply with the CRR on discipline, safety and health measures.
16. Conduct investigation on violations committed and recommend disciplinary action.
17. Responsible to monitor and assures all the task of Facility and Structural Technician are properly accomplish and completed.
