ENGINEERING HEAD will be responsible in developing, improving and verifying the correct execution of Maintenance Plans, Engineering, Facilities Programs and Activities on the agreed date to achieve expected levels of output and performance .
The plans and activities include but are not limited to CBM, Preventive Maintenance, installation and commissioning of lines and support machines.
Active and effective collaboration on the entire Manufacturing Operations.
What we look for:
• Preferably Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Course.
With PRC License is an advantage
• With at least 5 years of supervisory in the field of Maintenance and Engineering.
• With working experience in Manufacturing Firm is an advantage
• With advance skills in People Management, Systems Conceptualization and Implementation in Machine Performance Monitoring and Maintenance, Machine Breakdown Diagnosis and Repair, Machine Improvement and Development Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance
• With working knowledge in Production Management and Manufacturing Business Planning, Machine Equipment and Tools Operations and Principles, Mechanical Drafting Technology and Measurement Systems/Tools & Mathematical Application
