Job Description:
The Engagement Supervisor is responsible for providing general customer service, including post-sale technical and/or non-technical support to business and end-consumer customers.
You will be engaged in high-volume inquiries, customer issue analysis, and resolution.
The role also includes managing interactions in a distribution center or walk-in customer service environment.
As an Engagement Supervisor, you will lead a team and ensure the efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
This position requires specialized knowledge of customer service and support operations, and the ability to supervise and guide less experienced professionals.
