Perform project consultations and act as a solution advisor to customers to address their business needs using Caspio Bridge platform.
Develop and conduct presentations of departmental services and capabilities to prospective and existing customers.
Recommend solutions to simplify the systems implementation and fit better with Caspio platform capabilities.
Effectively interpret and document customer’s business requirements and determine scope of projects through interviews, technical walk through, and analysis. Create Functional Requirements Document.
Prepare and document project estimates in collaboration with Developers.
Maintain and continue to expand high level of proficiency with Caspio Bridge platform including latest product features and enhancements.
Perform continuous engagement/relationship management with customers post project delivery to identify new project and enhancement opportunities.
Help in creating and implementing new processes and process improvements.
BS Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or in a related field.
4+ years of experience in technology consulting, web application consulting or working as a Pre-sales consultant, Engagement Manager, Project Manager or Business Analyst in a technology company and customer-facing role.
Thorough understanding of technologies and services including rapid application development platforms, web applications, database design and relationships, security, web services APIs, and integrations.
Understanding of XML, WSDL (SOAP), REST, HTML, and JavaScript.
Thorough understanding of agile and waterfall project management principles.
Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and translate business requirements into software and technical solutions.
Ability to articulate complex technical subject matter in a clear and easy to understand manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships internally and externally.
Ability to anticipate, prioritize, assess, and meet needs of internal and external customers while providing excellent customer service.
Proven ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity, including coordination with remote team members.
Ability to multitask and manage conflicting and changing priorities and deadlines.
