Job Title: Encoder
Location: Ajinomoto Warehouse, Lot No. 58 PLS-59, Balintog, Kidapawan City
Employment Type: Project-based (3 months, November 4, 2024 - February 15, 2025), subject to extension
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Overview:
The Encoder will support the Supermarket/Sales Station in performing various clerical functions, including encoding, report generation, monitoring, filing, safekeeping, cash handling, photocopying, scanning, answering calls, preparing payments, mailing documents, and procuring office supplies. Responsibilities may evolve as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
At least college level
Computer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferably with clerical work experience
