Job Description:
Encoding of client's internal and external documents for airing in multiple platforms Ensure data are encoded from source (physical or digital copies) to system (may range from ERP systems to MS office suites, ex. MS Excel and In house developed systems) Ensure completeness of encoded data by generating reports based on deadlines Ensure accuracy of data by identifying discrepancies in raw vs encoded data Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year college degree Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage Open to fresh graduates Must be amenable to one year fixed-term employment Amenable to work in Quezon City COMPETENCIES:


Attention to detail. Can easily identify discrepancies between raw data and encoded data Able to analyze, write and present technical reports. Able to meet deadlines Able to collaborate or work with a team Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Multi-tasking. Can work on multiple items at the same time. Detail Oriented – Can identify errors in data and deviations in standards.
