Job Description:
The Employer Brand and Digital Platforms Supervisor is responsible for leading Employer Brand initiatives through various channels and programs, as well as in communicating the Aboitiz Group's Employer Value Propositions (EVP) to both internal and external stakeholders, with the objective of becoming the employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities Include: Social Media/ Talent Community/ Website Management - lead Employer Brand digital campaign by performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, design and implement social media strategy, as well as curate, edit, publish, and share engaging content aligned with employer brand goals, report on ROI through monitoring digital analytics to ensure that Aboitiz Group is the top employer of choice. Group Internal Communications - design and implement communication plan to market Group Talent Optimization and Learning and Development programs, as well as cascade initiatives to standardize talent experience across the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Business Units (BUs) to support EVP of the Group External Relations - oversee partnerships with educational institutions and professional organizations in order to strengthen the brand awareness of the Aboitiz Group across reputable institutions Administrative - Support SBU and BU attraction teams by handling negotiation process with potential vendors, create and monitor budget for all employer brand initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or other related courses Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience in branding and communication Must exhibit proficiency in Digital Marketing, Employer Brand, Project Management, and Event Management
