Serve as the overall SPOC for HR-related concerns for a specific programDrive employee awareness of company rules and regulations, and HR guidelinesCollate and manage documentations needed for administrative hearings and evidencesIn partnership with Operations, conduct reviews and performance management/coaching with employees who are deemed underperforming with the goal of increasing productivity and job securityBridge the gap between Human Resources and Operations by establishing and maintaining communication linesCommunicate with Cluster Heads (Operations, Training, Quality) regarding the specific challenges of each, and devise plans and activities with the goal of curbing attrition and employee dissatisfactionTake part in performance management reviewsConduct Root Cause/Deep Dive Analysis on major causes of employee attrition and dissatisfactionCollege Graduate (preferred), any field; Preferably of a Human Resources-related course (ie Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management)Minimum of 2 years in a Specialist role handling Employee/Labor Relations (preferred)Working knowledge in other facets of HR Management (C&B, Engagement, et al)Willing to work in Eastwood City, Quezon City on a shifting schedule
