Employee Relations Officer

Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY The Employee Relations Officer shall be responsible for the supervision of providing strategic and day-to-day support to Operations for activities to affect employee motivation and retention, performance management and work relationships while complying with local labor laws.


Engagement: Manage and identify employee engagement programs/activities for the betterment of employee welfare Labor Relations: Monitor implementation of employee disciplinary measures and ensure fair and consistent reinforcement in accordance with Labor Laws. Performance Management: Monitor and oversee the employee performance evaluation process Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field. At least three (3) years related experience in overseeing employee relations team. Proven experience in a Senior generalist role within a service environment. Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Maybunga, Pasig.
