The HR Business Partners perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.
They interview workers and discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
his person also evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
An HRBP explains and provides advice to workers about the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and the need for compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**
Coordinate to various units on the implementation of programs, actions, policies, and procedures that have a direct impact on assigned account
Ensure compliance of assigned account to all HR Programs and Initiatives
Ensure compliance of assigned account to the company handbook and/or individual account policies
Assist roll out of HR Programs
Prepare NTE and NOD documentation and coordinate discussions, exit interviews, employee surveys and focus group discussions with target participants
**Employee Engagement**
Assist the facilitation Employee Engagement Activities (community building, engagement surveys, etc)
Managing employee complaints and queries via Zoho ticketing system
Support coordination and facilitation of New Hire Orientation
**Employee Relations and Administration**
Support documentation and other handling of Minor Behavior and Attendance Administrative/Labor Cases
Prepare release resignation acceptance letters to resigning employees
Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation
Prepares NPAs for endorsed salary movement, promotions and regularizations.
**General Admin Tasks**
Ensure accuracy of all HR data such as but not limited to HRIS data, attrition data, and the like
Respond to ZOHO tickets within designated SLAs
Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
Extend work hours when needed.
**Qualifications**:
At least 1-3 years of employee relations experience in the BPO industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps.
Can easily adapt and understand different HR systems applicable for the job.
Good time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
