**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- HR Advisory: Support Head of HR Management in advising business on people/HR matters (Re-organization, Labor law topics, and people development topics)
- Employee Engagement: Driving employee engagement program, administering recognition programs, engagement events, and individual consultation.
- Disciplinary Management: Supporting Head of HR Management in all disciplinary processes (scheduling and conducting hearings regarding disciplinary issues; and training supervisors for disciplinary topics
- Training and People Development: Training admin and training logistics; Monitoring and tracking people development activities (developmental programs)
- HR Admin: Coordinating Visa and Tax topics for foreign workers; Coordinating with key vendors, health care provider, training vendors, legal advisors, etc.
**Requirements**:

- Degree Holder
- Has 3-5 years of related work experiences.
- Knowledge in PH HR
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Who can relate to people and build a relationship
- Organized
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Work schedule would be on a regular shift

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
