Be our Email/Chat Support Associate for a music-streaming account!As an Email/Chat Support Associate, you will deliver customer service to the customers and clients of one of the world’s biggest music, podcast and streaming service, all via email or chat. You are also expected to:

Take emails and chats from customers or clients;
Assist them with their product and service concerns, all via chat or email;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
Fluent comprehension and composition skills in Korean language (Hangul)
Excellent Korean and English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good understanding of email/chat etiquette
Good customer service and problem solving skills
