The QA Associate is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the QA Associate may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu CityHours and Work from:
Eight (8) hour night shifts (during USA clinic’s hours), with one (1) hour lunch, working from home (WFH).Holidays:
All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed, but Managers rotate to supply coverage only if billable employees are required to work.Compensation
Monthly: 20,000 PHP or higher
Basic Salary: 15,000 PHP to 17,000 PHP
Allowances: 5,250 PHP for rice, laundry, food, clothing, and moreResponsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management and support of quality assurance processes
Will conduct analysis, validate business, and technical requirements
Implements quality assurance activities
Measure the effectiveness or improvement projectsRequirements:
College graduate of any course, preferably a Medical Course graduate
Has previous work experience in Quality Assurance in the BPO Setting
Has excellent problem-solving skills
Has keen attention to detail
Good communication skills
Able to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills
