· Industrial electrician/mechanical technician:
· Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience with work experience in similar industry preferred. With technical Education of 2 to 3 years preferred.
· Must have proficiency over equipment used for aac production, Maintenance of automated machine with plc, field bus system and able to handle high end automated German equipped with modern components of mechanical and motion control components
· Hands on experience with trouble shooting / repair/ maintenance/ upgradation of automated industrial equipment like Ball mill, Boiler, Automated autoclave system .Generators/manipulators/transfer cars/cranes/green separator/tilting machines/pumps/control valves. specialized in maintenance and troubleshooting of modern hydraulic and pneumatic control system .
· Hands on experience with trouble shooting / repair/ maintenance/ steel processing machines straightening / welding/ cutting machines/generators/.industrial lighting /power Distribution and maintenance system.
· Keep production and manufacturing equipment running smoothly, Industrial Electrical/mechanical technician are responsible for handling several daily tasks.
· Install New Systems:
· Industrial Electrical/mechanical technician bear the responsibility of installing new or refurbished equipment for manufacturing or production plants. They will run tests to ensure that new machinery is ready to be implemented and work out any issues before the equipment is used on a daily basis.
·Troubleshoot Problems with Equipment:
· When equipment on a factory floor runs into problems, it is up to Industrial Electrical/mechanical technician to determine the cause of these issues. They must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting problems with various types of equipment, such as hydraulic or robotic systems, and understand why equipment is not working properly.
·Repair and Maintain Existing Equipment:
Once a problem has been identified, Industrial Electrical/mechanical technician must then use tools and replacement parts to make repairs to production and
manufacturing machines. Industrial Electrical/mechanical technician also conduct regularly-scheduled maintenance on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to keep machines running at they are intended and to avoid any down-time due to break-downs or improper operations.
Maintain Repair and Maintenance Logs and Records:It is important for Industrial Electrical/ Mechanical technician to create and manage reports pertaining to the repair and maintenance of industrial machines.
