Electrical Maintenance

Graduate of BS Electrical, and Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Highschool Graduates with at least 6 month experience as Maintenance are welcome to apply
- Responsible for ensuring that all engineering, maintenance and calibration activities are carried out following the established procedures
- Assures that all sanitation and good manufacturing practices are follows through proper design and installations
- Prompt effective action to requests.
- Monitoring of compressors and machinery
- Responsible for tending facilities and equipment's
- Machine troubleshooting in electrical problems
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to PTI machines according to the annual preventive maintenance plan or as needed
- Conducts periodic inspections of electrical main control panel, safety switches and breakers at least once a week
- Responsible in monitoring and maintenance of building structures and facilities as need arises
- Support the production in ensuring the safety and good working condition
- Responsible in monitoring quality level and drafting of counter measures of problem defects
- In charge in monitoring of quality levels, initiate and implement QA, line work procedures and standards covering inspection and testing processes towards yield and efficiency improvements
- Prepares and submits reports such as daily accomplishments of reports such as machine troubles, downtime and service reports, and preventive maintenance documents.
- Cleaning of the lavatory, dusting of walls ceilings, floors, exhaust fans, lights, electric fans, trashcan and doors
- Properly filling out the cleaning checklist for the said areas of the production area
- Performing all other related functions as maybe assigned.
- Willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City

**Salary**: Php15,604.44 per month
