> Direct and control all the production line and process operations to achieve strategic objectives and goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. To meet with the production targets and ensures overall controls of all production lines in sequence with production norms and procedures in line with the organizational policies and procedures.
JOb Descriptions:
? Involves continuous increase in production and process productivity.
? Analyse the breakdowns and other issues on the line with using modern management tools (RCA) and work on top breakdowns and use of 4-M methodology to solve the issue.
? To control & reduce the lost in process of line below the budgeted targets through effective planning and optimum resource utilization.

? To estimate the number of man-hours required for each line to schedule activities and assign the same to the schedule.
? To ensure optimum use of resources through planning.
? To identify the factors that are effectivity the line and raise alarm in case production miles stone is not met as planned and devise catch up plans accordingly.
? Process order management and loss in process control
? To monitor the progress of lines and identifies requirement for smooth flow of production line.
? To ensure that the CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Actions) are take on Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports.
