> Monitor all the aspects of electrical maintenance of production, machinery and equipment to ensure that these continue to operate at an optimum level with a minimum of downtime.
JOb Descriptions:
? Responsible to prepare a schedule of comprehensive preventive maintenance of electrical equipments functioning at works.
* Monitor the performance of production and equipment and revise maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
* Recognising all relevant electrical malfunctions and classify them correctly and reacting properly.
* Ensure that execution of all activities follows production standard operating procedures; provide inputs for the improvement of those SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
? Perform studies and analysis to provide reports on the productivity and status of the production, identify potential threats to the production, possible challenges to execute the job and measures to overcome those threats and challenges to ensure improvements.
? Stimulates subordinates and contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
? Ensures that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
? Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
