Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives.
- This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.
- This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Customer Success, Digital Media, Sales & Marketing IT & Accounting.
- This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
- This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the business.
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling;
- Data entry such as registering new products
- Making sure products are received and orders are dispatched on time
- Helping answer questions from customers;
- Handling client orders and requests
- Resolving customer complaints
- Working together with the customer service guy
- Looking for potential products

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or logistics
- Experience (essential)
- 5 + years of relevant work experience; within a similar eCommerce role
- Management experience in operations, preferable in Grocery retail, including positions of leadership.
- 1- 3 years of experience in working with or developing eCommerce operations systems.
- 1 -3 years experience working across eCommerce project launches and managing project roll-outs
- General Knowledge of Marketing and Customer Service to support 2-3 other employees
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organised
- Fast Learner
- Can work Independently
- Excellent communication skills and English skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Can do Stress management

Rate: Full-time role, 8 hours per day - $1000AUD/month
